FREE SHIPPING
Məsumə provides free standard shipping to supported destinations.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Azerbaijan: 1–3 business days
International destinations: 8–12 business days
Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and handed to the carrier. They are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after successful payment verification. Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high demand.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking is available, customers can view the tracking information provided for their order. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after shipment.
DELIVERY DELAYS
International orders may be delayed by customs inspections, local postal services, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
A delayed shipment does not automatically qualify for a refund while the order remains in transit.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Məsumə does not collect import duties or destination-country customs charges at checkout unless explicitly displayed.
Although many orders may arrive without additional charges, we cannot guarantee that a destination-country authority will not impose taxes, duties, or processing fees. Any mandatory charges imposed by local authorities are the customer’s responsibility.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Məsumə is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost because of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If tracking indicates a delivery problem, or if an order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at hekimemaqaza@gmail.com. We may request photographs, video, packaging information, or confirmation from the carrier before offering a resolution.
